Urban Farming Workshops at IRIS:Your Escape 2019!

The way we grow and consume our food has a great impact on our health and well-being, and getting involved in the process and harvest of urban organic farming is not only a way to enjoy delicious seasonal local produce, it is also a pathway to being reconnected with our food source and to find achievable ways to incorporate growing your own food into your daily life!

We are pleased to introduce two workshops that we will be running over the 2 days of the IRIS: Your Escape event - one on growing your own microgreens; and the other on how to make the most of your seasonal produce!

Check out the details below and register to save your spot!

Location: Central Harbour Front Event Space, 9 Lung Wo Rd, Central

We will be located in the IRIS Insider area powered by DBS

Note: You must have paid for entry into IRIS: Your Escape 2019 to sign up for these workshops.

Microgreens Workshop

In this workshop, you will participate in a tasting session where we will introduce a range of microgreens that everyone can have a hand to try growing. To give new life to discarded materials such as plastic bottles or toilet rolls, we reuse them as seed starters and each participant will be able to take some home to grow.
