Rooftop Republic Co. Limited ("Rooftop Republic") is committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (the "Ordinance"). This Personal Data Policy applies to the collection, processing and retention of personal data by Rooftop Republic.

1. The personal data Rooftop Republic may collect includes: your name, email address, phone number, company name, and address. This applies to data stored whether by electronic means or in manual records.
2. Rooftop Republic may collect your personal data by the following means: by your interacting with our social media accounts or sending us email or other correspondence, by your submitting an order for products or services, registering for an event, whether through our website or otherwise – any other means of collection of personal data to be set out. 
3. Individuals accessing our website are not obliged to provide their personal data, but refusal to provide personal data may affect the services available. Individuals wishing to make purchases of our products or services will be required to provide such personal data as is necessary for the processing of the purchase.
4. Personal data collected may be used for the following purposes:
   a) processing any application for products or services provided by Rooftop Republic;
   b) processing payments for purchases of products or services, whether offline or from Rooftop Republic's online store;
   c) adding interested parties to our email newsletter;

   e) processing website visitors and customers for online advertising to retarget content to previous website visitors, or building lookalike audiences off of previous website visitors and customers to reach new audiences;

The types of data collected by us through these cookies include the browser type and version, the operating system you use, the IP address you access our website from and the domain name of the server. This information will only be used to compile general statistics in relation to the number of visitors to our website and also the usage of our website. 
6. Data held by Rooftop Republic will be kept confidential but we may provide such information to:
   a) any agent, contractor or third-party service provider who provides administrative, telecommunications, computer or other services to Rooftop Republic in connection with the operation of its businesses;
   b) to any third-party payment services provider or processor, for the purposes of processing purchases of Rooftop Republic services or products, whether through our website or offline; and
   c) any person (including, without limitation, all local or foreign government) where we reasonably consider that such disclosure is required by law.
7. In accordance with the Ordinance, Rooftop Republic reserves the right to charge a reasonable handling fee for the processing of any request for data access.  The fee will cover no more than minimum copying and labour costs.
