Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate urban farming design & build projects - from concept design, design development, technical design to construction and handover
• Provide advice on the selection and appointment of relevant consultants, design review, contract packaging strategy and construction cost controlling
• Liaise/Coordinate with project team members, clients, operators and outside parties in preparing design brief, appointment of consultants, master programme, financial budget and obtaining all necessary permits and approvals
• Serve as the main point of contact to the client, facilitate client meetings, seek client feedback on proposed plans, etc
• Manage the overall quality assurance, safety management and quality control 
• Liaise with government authorities, expert panels, consultant teams and contractors to understand the design and construction practice and statutory requirements
• Work closely with project team members, operators and consultants during the whole process of tender procurements and control the budget throughout the development process
• Provide regular progress updates for management review

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Landscape Architecture, Construction Studies or similar
• Minimum 5-10 years of experience in landscape architecture 
• Proven track record in managing full project cycles, from design & planning, to construction supervision & handover to operation
• Strong organizational skills, good communication skills and high attention to detail
• Interested in agriculture, sustainability in the build environment and green buildings
• Familiar with Hong Kong government regulations, administration, and protocol
• Able to work independently and with proven ability to deliver projects on time and on budget,
• Excellent communication skills with good command of spoken and written English & Chinese
• Driven, knowledgeable, organized with strong leadership skills and eagerness to succeed
• Good command of MS Office and AutoCAD
• Candidates must have the right to work in Hong Kong. Rooftop Republic cannot provide a visa
